1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Destination Sport Limited, trading as SportsBreaks a company registered in England with company number 09564446 and registered office address of 56 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6EU.

2. The Campaign

2.1 The title of the campaign is 2024 Black Friday Exclusive Deals.

2.2 The campaign is to promote various exclusive discounted deals across different products as advertised on the SportsBreaks website.

3. Campaign Details

3.1 The campaign will run from on 25th November 2024 (the "Opening Date") at 00:01 to 23:59 on 6th December 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. SportsBreaks retain the right to end the campaign at any time.

3.2 To receive the exclusive discount codes subscribers will need to register their details including full name and email address.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The campaign is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.3 Each subscriber will receive exclusive discount codes for selected products.

4.4 The promoter reserves the right to remove any of these discounts if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the campaign.

5. The Offer

5.1 Each participant will receive by email an exclusive set of discount codes to be used across various products on SportsBreaks website.

5.2 The discount codes are non-negotiable and can only be used on the selected products as outlined in the Black Friday promotion campaign.

6. Claiming the Discount Codes

6.1 Each subscriber will be provided with various discount codes for selected products once they have subscribed to the campaign. If you do not use the discount codes prior to the expiry date, the code will expire.

6.2 The discount code can only be used once and cannot be redeemed by any other user.

6.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to redeem the discount code.

7. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ownership of Subscription Entries and Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All subscription entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

8.2 By submitting your subscription entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

(b) waive all moral rights,

in and to your subscription entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

8.3 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.sportsbreaks.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the subscription entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

10. General

10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the campaign.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the campaign offers where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, we both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with this campaign will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only.
