It works just like any holiday! If you have travel booked, grab your passport. Then…Sit back, relax and enjoy the short trip to Brussels.

Once you’ve reached the other side, passed customs and immigration in Brussels, your Sportsbreaks reps will be there to point you in the direction of your hotel in Brussels or Liege. Check in is usually around 3pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your bags, so you can head straight out!

You’ll find a sportsbreaks.com notice board in your hotel reception. This will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend. Your Sportsbreaks reps will also be around if you have any questions.

If you’ve added a qualifying ticket and return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan…

Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to Spa. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at quali.

If you’re not heading to Spa today, the days yours to enjoy! Why not check out what the city has to offer.

Race day!

Good news…we’re all heading to the track today!

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive at Spa, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fueled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!

After a great weekend, sadly it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by 12-noon (some hotels may have slightly earlier/later check out times), but if you’re on a later eurostar/flight, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can enjoy your last day in Brussels or Liege
