You’ll find the notice board in your hotel reception; this will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend. Your Sportsbreaks reps will also be around in case you have any questions. | Qualifying day! If you have added a qualifying day transfer here’s the plan… Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to the Hungaroring. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at qualifying. | Race day! Good news… we’re all heading to the track today! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive at the Hungaroring, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day! | After a great weekend, sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check-out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check out times) but if you’re not quite ready to leave just yet and want to enjoy a little more time, the hotel will store your bags. |
