In a nutshell…….
Here's how your Ticket and Hotel sportsbreak will look!
The Hotel – Check in is usually from 3pm, but this can be different depending on the hotel you’ve chosen. If you arrive at your hotel before check in opens, you might not be able to check in straight away, but you’ll be able to store your bags so you can get your weekend started!
When it’s time to go home, you’ll need to check out usually by 12-noon (subject to change), and there’ll be somewhere to store your bags if you’re not leaving until later, so you can carry on enjoying your last day in Madrid.
The Match – Your E-tickets will be sent to you before 6pm on the Friday prior to your match (for weekend matches). For midweek matches they’ll be sent before 6pm the day before the match.
Approximately 10-14 days before the match we’ll send you an email letting you know the confirmed date and time of the match, and loads of other useful information about the stadium and what to expect on your sportsbreak.
The Stadium Tour (optional extra) – Your tickets for the Santiago Bernabéu stadium tour will be with your match tickets. Stadium tours don’t operate on match days for security reasons. It’s a self-guided tour so you can turn up when it suits you.
This bit is really important! The matches in Spain are played normally on Saturday or Sunday but some matches could be moved to Friday or Monday. Please bear this in mind that matches can kick off as early as 12-noon, and as late as 10pm (local times). The match date and time won’t be confirmed until 10-14 days before the match, so we recommend you book Saturday and Sunday nights as a minimum.
Midweek matches are scheduled to be played on Wednesday; however they could also be played on Tuesday or Thursday.
Therefore you’ll need to make sure your travel arrangements cover all possibilities as we won’t be able to give you any money back to cover it, if the match moves and it doesn’t fit with your travel plans.
